Memorandum of Agreement

Below are links to the current MEF and the CEO Memorandum of Agreements (MOA or contract).

On June 23, 2015, City Council approved a three-year agreement that MEF membership ratified, and a two-year agreement that CEO memberships ratified. These new agreements provide for annual wage increases of 3% in each year of the contract, effective June 21, 2015.
