AFSCME CEO/MEF BARGAINING SURVEY

Our current contract with the City of San José expires on June 30, 2018.

Please answer the following questions from your perspective as an employee of the City of San Jose and as a Member of AFSCME Local 101. Your answers to this survey are for our Union’s Leadership and Bargaining Team use only. Survey responses will be reported anonymously, unless you give permission to disclose your name. Your name and employee ID are required in completing the survey to authenticate you as a MEMBER of the UNION.

In addition to this survey, attending actions and informational meetings are other very important steps you ca take to win improvements to wages, benefits, and get a new contract.We encourage you to step up and become an officer, steward, or committee member of YOUR UNION. This online survey will be available through November 1, 2017.

3) The recent City Classification-Compensation study was really a Class-Specifications survey and was poorly conducted, so I would like to see a proper, comprehensive Class-Comp. study:
